Debtors Accessing Their Case Information:
To access your case information, please click on the link below this paragraph. Please select Terry E. Smith from the list of Trustee's and single click on Terry's name. Upon entering the website the debtor may access their primary case information simply by entering the first seven digits of their case number (e.g. 03-12345) in the dialog box labeled "User ID" and entering the last four digits of the primary petitioner's social security number in the dialog box labeled "password".
Note: If when you try to access the information you see a dialog box stating "Case not found for this Trustee" please check to make sure that you entered only the first seven digits of the case number including the dash. (e.g. 03-12345 and NOT 03-12345-8B3)

Creditors Accessing Case Information:
To access case information, please click on the link below the paragraph. Please select Terry E. Smith from the list of Trustee's and single click on Terry's name. Upon entering the website a creditor may access the case information by entering the debtor's case number (e.g. 03-12345) in the dialog box labeled "User ID" and then entering the last four digits of the primary petitioner's social security number in the dialog box labeled "password". In a some cases the creditor may benefit from accessing the system with a user id and password.
